2026 Robotics Summit early bird registration ends March 2

Early bird registration for the 2026 Robotics Summit & Expo ends March 2. Buy your all-access pass before then to save 25% and gain full access to the world’s leading event dedicated to commercial robotics development.

Discounts are also available for academia, associations, and corporate groups. Please e-mai events@wtwhmedia.com for more details about our discount programs. Expo-only tickets are available at an early-bird price of $125 until March 2.

Taking place on May 27-28 at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston, the Robotics Summit brings together the brightest minds in robotics to share their expertise. Our conference programming will provide professionals with insights about how to develop the next generation of commercial robots.

Learn from robotics leaders

The Robotics Summit & Expo will have more than 50 sessions in tracks about artificial intelligence, design and development, enabling technologies, healthcare, and logistics. The Engineering Theater on the show floor will also feature presentations by industry experts.

The agenda features world-class speakers from companies such as Aethon, Agility Robotics, ASTM International, AWS, Boston Dynamics, Brightpick, Contoro Robotics, Ghost Robotics, GM, Harmonic Drive, Intrinsic, MathWorks, maxon, PickNik Robotics, Pickle Robot, QNX, RealSense, Robust AI, Tesla, Universal Robots.

The Robotics Summit will feature the following keynotes:

Building Reliable Robots at Scale
Speakers: Eugene Demaitre, Editorial Director, The Robot Report; John Wall, President, QNX; Anders Beck, VP, AI Robotics Products, Universal Robots (more speakers to be announced soon)

In this panel, QNX and industry leaders will share how they architect performance across control, perception, and networking, and how certified processes can compress time to market for safety-relevant systems. The panel will cover practical trade-offs when combining ROS 2 with hard real-time workloads. Attendees will leave with concrete patterns for building and validating reliable robotic systems.

The State of Humanoids
Speakers: Mike Oitzman, Senior Editor, The Robot Report; Pras Velagapudi, Chief Technology Officer, Agility Robotics; Aaron Prather Director, Robotics & Autonomous Systems Programs, ASTM International; Alberto Rodriguez, Director of Robot Behavior for Atlas, Boston Dynamics

In this keynote panel, humanoid robotics leaders will cut through the hype to examine what humanoids can realistically accomplish in factories and warehouses today. The discussion will explore current capabilities, technical and operational challenges, safety and standards considerations, and key lessons learned from early deployments and testing. Attendees will gain a grounded understanding of where humanoids are delivering value now—and what must improve for broader industrial adoption.

What Makes a Robot Worthy?
Speaker: Mikell Taylor, Director of Robotics Strategy, General Motors

The robotics industry is at an inflection point of opportunity, but continued growth relies on more than just novelty and excitement about advanced technology. Real impact will depend on robots being worthy of trust and adoption into environments with incredibly high bars for safety, uptime, performance, and results. Mikell draws on her experience at startups developing technology for customers big and small, as well as experience in leadership roles at companies like General Motors and Amazon, to urge the industry to focus on areas of robotics that can unlock exponential growth while avoiding stagnation in “pilot purgatory.”

Russ Tedrake on AI
Russ Tedrake, former Senior Vice President of Large Behavior Models at Toyota Research Institute, will unveil his new stealth AI startup. Drawing on his deep experience in robotics and AI, Tedrake will share his vision for how startup can help robotics companies build more capable robots across industries.

Rewiring What’s Possible: A New Era of Human Potential
Speakers: Noland Arbaugh, the world’s first Neuralink user; Steve Crowe, Executive Editor, The Robot Report

In this powerful closing keynote, Noland Arbaugh shares what it means to become the first person to use a Neuralink brain-computer interface and how it has reshaped his independence, creativity, and connection to the world. This conversation explores not just how the technology works, but what it makes possible. With a live demonstration of neural control in action, attendees will witness the profound impact that precision robotics, advanced electronics, and AI can have on a person’s life.

The expo hall at the 2026 Robotics Summit will have more than 250 exhibitors showcasing the latest enabling technologies, products, and services that can help robotics engineers throughout their development journeys. Tennibot will be returning to let attendees play tennis with the help of its robotic tennis trainer.

The Robotics Summit will also feature various networking events, a Women in Robotics Breakfast, a Career Fair, the RBR50 Awards Gala, the RBR50 Showcase, a robotics development challenge, and much more.

2025 Robotics Summit co-located with more events

Co-located with the event is DeviceTalks Boston, the premier event for medical technology professionals, currently in its 11th year. Both events attract engineering and business professionals from a broad range of healthcare and medical technology backgrounds.
